I needed to change and upgrade my car and found the car I wanted sitting outside Brinsley Garage. I have had my servicing and repairs carried out by them for years as i have found them to be completely honest and straightforward in their dealings with me but this is the first car i have bought from them and i found the whole operation to be smooth, painless and pleasing, the car was ready as agreed, on time, well presented and with documentation ready and waiting. I wholeheartedly recommend Brinsley Garage, Willis and his staff to anyone needing honest service with no waffling .

Went to Brinsley garage over a year ago, just missed buying a car by one day. Bought something else privately, but kept an eye on the forecourt. Initially recommended by a friend who has bought and had his vehicle maintained by Willis and his team. Fast forward one year and the vehicle I bought came to my attention. A test drive followed and I bought the car there and then. I needed a towbar fitting and Willis sorted this out immediately. A day was agreed for collection all hunky and dory. Now it gets interesting, the person who was buying my vehicle needed it a week earlier than agreed or he would lose his sale of his own vehicle. Quick visit to see Willis got the car serviced, Mot sorted and the car valeted, even came in on Sunday so I could collect the car. Towbar still to be fitted bear in mind the following Wednesday. Took car in Wednesday, was taken home and collected upon completion. In my opinion this going way beyond "normal" levels of service, even though I was unintentionally a pain in the proverbial, Willis and his team rose to the pressures I placed on them and excelled in all without a word of complaint . An exceptionally happy customer.
