Andy has been our go to boiler service engineer for several years, he has always delivered great service at reasonable prices. Always explains thoroughly what is required and why. His most recent work was to replace our ageing boiler and tank with modern condenser system. His quote was very competitive and the work came in at that despite one or two hiccups along the way. The work was done on time and to our complete satisfaction. Cannot rate Andy highly enough would totally recommend him.

Our boiler packed in on a Sunday. I text Andy and he immediately responded offering to visit the next morning. He fixed the problem within an hour and also serviced the boiler. Excellent customer service, great value - fantastic tradesman.

I've used Andy a few times over the past year to service my boiler and also to resolve a few issues with it that cropped up between services. Most recently, I emailed Andy late on a Thursday night and within minutes he had phoned me back. Despite being really busy he talked me through how to resolve the problem over the phone (and he stayed on the line until I'd fixed it). Andy is extremely helpful, very responsive and always keeps you updated on progress. He arrives on time and his fees are very reasonable. I would strongly recommend Andy to anyone in the Bristol area who needs help with their boiler or has any central hearing / hot water issues. First class service.
