I'm Adrian Ball and I've worked in the Telecoms field for over 30 years. I'm BT engineer trained, now independently specialising in broadband and wifi issues for over 10 years.

I can help you get the best out of your connection so your business or home is ready for modern technology.

Sometimes your broadband can't be fixed, it's just slow. If you can't get a fibre optic high speed connection, I can offer a fast (up to 50 Mbps) 4G based solution at a very reasonable cost, without a long term contract.

For home workers or business, I also offer a low cost Cloud based telephone system without the cost of an extra line that works through your broadband connection.

I had a problem because my phones lost their 'ringing sound'. BT checked my line and said this was ok, so fault would be internal and not BT's responsibility. Called BroadbandFix and after a thorough check of internet connections/wiring, no faults were found. However, when the engineer dismantled the main socket and tried the phones in the tester connection the phones did not ring, so he said this confirmed it was an outside fault. He kindly spoke to the BT engineer on his phone and gave them his findings, asked them to record these, got me a response and made an appointment for BT to come and repair outside fault.

Mr Ball assessed our broadband provision and suggested work which might lead to a significant increase in achieved speed. As he suggested the benefit took several days to settle down, but the ultimate result was a much faster and more stable signal. He explained in advance what he proposed to do and the costs involved.

Mr Ball solved our BT line noise internally by proving it was a BT outside fault. He checked our internal wires and phoned BT on our behalf to get a date for BT engineer to check outside line. Would recommend him because of his former BT line experience and professional knowledge, also genial manner.
