Welcome to Bronte Stairlifts.

Bronte Stairlifts Limited is a Keighley based company established in 2016, started due to the frustration of an industry with frequent stories of ridiculous prices, empty promises and terrible customer service. From there we started with the idea of offering a professional service, but with a friendly manner, honest prices, and offering a customer service as if it was fitted for a friend or family member. Our straight and curved Stairlift solutions are personalised to meet the unique requirements of individual customers. The ultimate goal is to help you stay independent and safe in your home.

We also offer rental, servicing and emergency breakdown repair.

Presently, we cover areas up to the Scottish Borders down to the Northern Midlands. To receive our services beyond this, do give us a call, we’ll deal with any queries promptly.

Called them on Wednesday, stairlift installed on Friday. Couldn't really have been any faster, particularly since these days I am not used to such rapid resonses. Work done very rapidly and cleanly. Their annual rental package is great and much more financially viable than many other options. They were suggested to me by a NHS staff member who has nothing but good experiences of their work.

I was recommended to Bronte Stairlifts on 26/01/22. I called late afternoon speaking to Ben. He explained everything about a Rental Stairlift. Told me they could send a Engineer on the following day (27/01), he arrived on time and was quick at measuring and giving advice. Because our stairs are longer than normal they needed to order the rail so couldn’t fit until today. (Tuesday ) In less than a week from the call to fitting! Amazing service! The stairlift will make my husbands life so much easier as he was struggling to get up and down the stairs. Can highly recommend Ben, Katie and their team, such a professional company but very caring too. The stairlift was fitted in just over a hour and the explanation on how to use it was easy Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Brilliant company and would recommend them to anyone who needs a stairlift.

Excellent service fitted unbelievebly quickly. Ordered Thursday 11.00 am and fitted Friday 12.30 am. Excellent job by Ben who was very friendly and helpful and did an excellent job. I would most certainly recommend Bronte services.

I would like to thank Ben and his team at Bronte Stairlifts for a first class job. From start to finish everything was dealt with professionally. When Andy the engineer who installed the stairlift arrived, the first thing he did was to explain the Covid situation and that my wife and I must be away from where he was working, which was reassuring. It took Andy just over the hour to do the work, he cleaned up thoroughly, you could smell the sanitiser through closed doors. It was explained to me how to use the stairlift safely. And once Andy was happy that we were OK with everything, he had one further look round and left me play.

I am so impressed with Ben and his team. He fitted a stairlift for my parents and the service, friendliness and swift installation was just fantastic. Ben is very professional and explained the process clearly and he did what he said he was going to do. 10 out of 10!
