Chris Greenwood is a friendly and competent boiler engineer and has solved problems many could not . He is instructive whilst working and allows you to get to know your boiler much better, by showing you how and why it has gone wrong and how he is going to solve the problem . He is clean and tidy and will not finish the work until all is working safe and well Thank you Chris PS he likes a cup of tea whilst he works

I have used Chris for some time and always recommend him. He turns up when he says he will, will always help out in an emergency does a great job works very cleanly and is honest. He doesn't charge ridiculous rates and will always look to save you time and money I cannot recommend him enough.

My gas boiler broke down, it would not fire up. A friend recommended I try Chris Greenwood Plumbing and Heating . I gave Chris a call and explained what the problem was, and he promised to get to me by the end of the day. He arrived mid afternoon and after checking he found the problem was a faulty igniter. He phoned his parts supplier and they had one in stock. He cleaned the old part and put it back in the boiler, so I would have heating. He returned the next day and replaced the faulty part with the new one. I found Chris to be very friendly, easy to talk to and very tidy. He quoted me a price, which was very reasonable and stuck to it. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris, to anyone requiring Central Heating or plumbing work.

Chris recently came to service and repair my Baxi central heating boiler. Chris is very helpful and explains everything. Also very tidy and precise. He keeps in touch and is prompt. I would recommend him....he drinks tea or coffee with two sugars!

Issue with gas boiler 9am Monday 7th March, called Chris following excellent reviews online, he was at my property by lunchtime and diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, returned today (Thursday 10th March) to fit. Excellent Service, really nice man, friendly, clean, tidy workmanship and very knowledgeable. Will be using them again when we upgrade radiators in our home. Highly recommended.
