Very good first impressions, extremely quick to respond. Telephoned one day responded same day priced the next day job done by the week. Very good workmen polite and got on with the job did all that was asked. Plenty of communication from Office staff. In all very pleased.

This was the first annual service of a boiler installed by C&R 12 months ago. The service was the most thorough and careful I have seen compared with the national company that serviced my previous boiler. I have nothing but praise for the people at C&R who have been exceptionally responsive whenever needed for any plumbing work.

Not only both Mr Brown and Mr Knights are courteous beyond compare, they are also very knowledgeable in their field. They patiently answered my questions and explained remedial options. Servicing of my boiler and repairing of my hot water cylinder was done quite swiftly and efficiently, at the precise scheduled date and time - the work areas were left neat and clean.

We were very fortunate when a friend recommended C & R to us two years ago. Since then, the company has carried out boiler servicing and new CH installation work for us - the most recent this month when 8 radiators were replaced and the system power-flushed clean. We have been very happy with all the work that C & R has done. The team are all courteous, reliable and 100% trustworthy and are a pleasure to have working in the house. C & R carries out high quality work, within agreed timescales and at the price originally estimated. Earlier in the year - in the heart of lockdown - our boiler needed urgent attention. Jamie Brown talked us through the problem via FaceTime, resolved the immediate issue and then visited as soon as it was safe to check and complete the job. All very much appreciated. Prompt response to enquiry. Good presentation of quote. After advising quote acceptance prompt reply and date of work to be done. Traders arrived on time and completed work well. Phone call to advise work finished early therefore quoted price will be reduced. What good service?

I have been relying on Jamie and the rest of the team at C&R for many years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with our plumbing. They always arrive on time for a job and their work is exemplary to a very high standard. They completely refitted our bathroom last year and it looks superb.
