Fabulous customer service - David was abroad when I called but was kind enough to return my call with some initial advice. As we couldn’t resolve the issue he came over on his first day back at work and very quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue which turned out to be a blocked pipe stopping our hot water supply. David is extremely knowledgeable, professional and reliable. Highly recommend CAFCO - how rare it is these days to find a company you can put your trust in. I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome and will definitely be in touch soon about some other hopefully minor issues.

We have used CAFCO Ltd many times for our plumbing and heating needs. This time was fitting an electric shower. Service was quick, courteous and very neatly done. We've used David twice now. Firstly to fit a new shower pump and then to replace a leaking hot water cylinder. On both occasions we were very impressed with his quick and efficient service and friendly nature. The work was carried out very professionally and left very tidy. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve used Cafco a few times, most recently for a full gas boiler installation, and have always been very pleased with David’s work. David was called to fix our noisy central heating pump, which was on it's last legs, and service the boiler. We have used Cafco before to change our hot water cylinder, so we knew that the work was excellent. David replaced our pump with a brand new one, and diligently serviced our boiler, providing us with an extremely detailed report. As always, the quality of work was exceptional. We have found David to be reliable, honest, polite, informative, good value and extremely tidy. I can honestly recommend Cafco to anyone - when you employ them you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that you're in safe hands. Our next job for them will be to install a new power shower!

David came to look at my boiler when it stopped working. He quickly diagnosed the problem, which couldn't be repaired and advised we needs a new boiler. He went though all the options, answered numerous questions and offered very competitive quotes. The new boiler system was installed, all remedial world completed and site left in a clean state. We are extremely happy with the service received and the help and knowledge offered by David when choosing a new system. Will highly recommend to others and will be using for all future plumbing work and gas services.
