Work carried out was superb. Very efficient, not rushed but ensured that we had heating the same day due to the cold weather. Disposed off all the waste and ensured home was clean after. Builders were very polite. Great communication face to face, email and over the phone. Cant thank them enough and would definitely recommend as we were from our neighbours.

Nathan & team diagnosed a failed condensate pump, and as soon as the firebreak was over, installed a new one. No more puddles under boiler! Earlier, they replaced our totally broken shower control in our only bathroom, hurrying to do this before the first lockdown. Neat and clean, with appropriate virus precautions, reassuring to this older customer: not over profiting from emergencies.

Craig and his colleague arrived promptly, equipped with PPE, to remove our old, unreliable gas combi boiler and install a new one that works like a boiler should. The job was done meticulously and according to budget, including system cleansing and thorough clean up at the end. Craig also took the time to explain the programmer and settings, having listened to our questions. We can highly recommend Craig and his company.

I asked Nathan and the team at Can Enviromental Plumbing & Gas to take a look at the boiler which had broken down at a property I rent out as the tenant was without hot water. As it turned out I needed a new boiler. Because of the positioning of the old boiler which was against current legislation Nathan and the team had to relocate the boiler. This was not a small job and Nathan and the team installed the boiler in quick time so my tenant was not inconvenienced too much without heating and water. I cannot thank Nathan and the team enough for their efforts.
