Job was scheduled the following week, and completed within three weeks of initial survey, which was most helpful given the wet weather. The work was completed very efficiently by a cheery, competent team. The finished roof is great, looks good, in keeping with the house, now watertight and insulated. All in all very pleased with Cardinal Roofing and the job they carried out. Would have great confidence in using them for any future work.

Cardinal replaced my flat roof for me after it had been very poorly done by the original roofers. After preparing an estimate for me they came exactly on time and kept to their schedule and estimated cost. The three roofers who carried out the work were very friendly and efficient, making no mess whatsoever and leaving my house with no sign of them having been there (apart from the lovely roof!). They even came back to check on something I was worried about as soon as I contacted them (which turned out to be nothing). They did a great job at a good price and I am very happy with their work.

Our large, ageing flat roof was in need of replacement. Who to use? Of the three approached for quotes, Cardinal came with an added advantage – a referral a couple or more years ago from a friend capable of knowing a good job in this area when seen. A useful, informative discussion with recommendations and choice; a detailed quotation; excellent communication when weather problems strike; impressive clean-up at the end of each day (you wouldn’t know they were on site). When they are on site all you will see is hard, continuous work. No food or sustenance wanted or accepted (despite our efforts) – completely “self-contained” and therefore no bother. Accommodating when I wanted to go aloft and add to the lighting wiring. Overall a very good, well thought through service and a reassuring experience. Recommended!

I called Cardinal flat Roofing and spoke to Charlie about the leak in my roof, he got one of his colleagues, Luke, on to it straight away. It took Luke all of a couple of minutes to find where the problem was. I was impressed as I was not expecting the work to be carried out straight away. Luke carried out the works immediately and made a very good job. I was very impressed with his speed and politeness. I spoke with Charlie shortly after torrential rain had caused a leak in our kitchen via the flat roof. Within two weeks we had a quote & a date ready for the team to start work. I was recommended Cardinal Roofing by a Roofer friend (now there's a good sign) who doesn't do Flat Roof work. I contacted Charlie of Cardinal Roofing after my flat roof on my Office at rear of house developed a leak weeks after refurbishing the interior of the office so I was a little desperate. The Guys were very quick sending quotes/options and giving me dates and even managed to squeeze me in earlier having finished another project locally a little early. I got a call from my wife saying "The roofers are here!" a few days early! I thought "WOW!" I was over the moon. Having experienced a number of small leaks over the last couple of years from joints in the felting particularly following one of the roof window installations I asked Cardinal Roofing to completely overlay my existing flat roof with a liquid-applied system. The flat roof area is quite extensive and has a number of roof windows and ventilation pipes. Despite the loss of nearly two days to rain, Cardinal Roofing completed the job as soon as the weather permitted including working on a Saturday. The end result looks great and I can see that they took particular care in dealing with the roof windows and ventilation pipes. Charlie, the boss, came around once during the process and again at the finish to check that everything was fine. Overall I was impressed by the professionalism and care and I would have no hesitation in using Cardinal Roofing again.

Cardinal roofing are really professional in all aspects of their work. They provided two alternative quotations to give some financial flexibility and both were very detailed and well laid out. I had some quite specific requirements that were readily incorporated into the proposals. These were not your typically roofing company quotations - really impressive. The removal of my old flat roof was completed with the minimum of disruption. The team arrived at the agreed time and immediately started work; they were very polite and obliging and left the work site as they found it. The new roof looks well installed with good attention to detail. The work came with a guarantee and insurance policy. Given all this I am confident that my roof will be sound for many years to come.
