It has now been two months since our flooring has been fitted and still no sign of the compensation for the inconvenience and poor standards of service we received. We were advised that it would be looked at by the manager and still no phone call. I cannot believe how poorly we have been treated as customers and quite frankly, I am disgusted. You know it’s bad when your daughter of 4 years asks “why are there hills in our floors”! Think again!!
