I called on Saturday morning and Ray came round, looked at my boiler , he explained he would see if there the part was available as my boiler was an old one, called me later that day and he said he had one more place to try but I decided to replace the boiler, he said the lads would be with me on Monday to fit. Chris and Ronaldo were introduced by Ray, I have nothing but positive things to say, they tidied up after themselves and tidied my airing cupboard pipes, I have recommended to everyone I know to use them as they were great and even liked my coffee( I told my kids who couldn’t believe someone liked my coffee). Thank you Causeway Heating you did a great job.

Fast response time, honest, reliable and reasonably priced with brilliant customer service. I called last night due to an error on my boiler which was caused by a leak on the bathroom radiator. Kim arranged for Ray to attend the next morning. Ray telephoned in the morning to check it was convenient for him to attend, turned up, fixed the problem, ensured there was no air in the radiator system, checked I was happy that the leak had been fixed and cleaned up after himself. I would always recommend this company! They fitted a new boiler in our old house, our present house, my parents' house, my friends' house and have carried out work for lots of our family and friends.

Problem boiler in a New House, came as an emergency call within 24hrs. Service and Customer Care was great. We thought we had hot water but yet another part was broken - again came really fast to sort which mean we didn't have any hot water for the weekend. New Boiler was quoted, ordered and fitted all within 72hrs - amazing and very thankful. The team were friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

I have just had causeway heating fit a new boiler at my house. I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the moment they came out to the completion of the job they have been excellent. We agreed a price and date for the work to be carried out. The turned up at the stated time and commenced the work diligently. I hardly knew they were there. Once the work was completed they left the area neat and tidy and took away all the old materials. I have had some bad experiences with tradesman over the years but these guys were great.

Just had a visit from Causeway Heating Services for a leak on my boiler. Ray arrived in great time, sorted the leak, put the pressure right on the boiler, explained what the issue was and what our options are. Whether we decide to replace the boiler (it's very old) or just replace the parts that have failed, Ray gave us the prices for everything. Whatever our decision, we'll be using Causeway Heating Services to take on the job. Used them before and wouldn't go anywhere else, because they really look after you. The staff are really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Ray and Kim for helping us out, we'll be speaking soon!

Causeway heating installed a new boiler for me on the 17th Feb, Ray (from Causeway Heating) stated it would take two days to complete the full install. The work was carried out as agreed to a fantastic standard and a competitive budget. Ray was polite and professional, he turned up on time when he said he would - he was knowledgeable about the product and nothing was too much trouble. He and his team communicated throughout. I would not hesitate to use this company again. What stood out for me was the attention to detail and ongoing offer of support should I have any queries. Thanks Ray and Kim.

The office staff are friendly, organised and very helpful. The gas engineer was an absolute delight; he was punctual, polite, very knowledgeable and very efficient. The price charged (Cost of repair minus the call out charge) was very fair. I highly recommend this company based on the engineering and customer service provided; I could not have received any better. I was that impressed with Causeway Heating Services Ltd that I passed their details to all of my family and friends, saying, "If you need a gas engineer, this a company you can trust".

Find out this morning I had no hot water in my house checked boiler found to have no pressure called causeway heating and spoke to colleague and very helpful and reassuring and managed to arrange a engineer to visit my house same day and Roy came and fixed my issue and went above and beyond to help to get my heating system back up and ruining! Would have absolutely no issues in recommending causeway heating to anybody who needs it should have boiler issues or replacements.

I rang this company went British Gas let us down. Spoke to Kim about a new boiler, she was very helpful and understanding, the next day Ray came out to see what we needed was very professional and explaining everything. That same day Kim rang with two choices the boiler was ordered and a couple of days later Ben and Ronaldo came to fit it, two of the most pleasant and knowledgeable engineers who did a brilliant job. I would recommend this company to everyone such good service from start to finish.
