Dean from Character Windows attended and provided a competitive quote for 6 new windows (UPVC frames), a set of French Doors and replacement fascia works to the front and rear elevations. Glen and Graham attended for 4 days to carry out the works with Dean calling in periodically to check that we were happy with progress. Everyone was unfailingly polite, respectful and incredibly tidy throughout the process. Contractors often say they will treat your home as they would their own - in this case that was true. They were punctual, friendly and very hard working - even replacing insulation at no extra cost. They genuinely wanted to ensure that we were happy with the work at each stage, clarifying exactly what was required. Detail is important to Dean and his team, they went the extra mile wherever possible e.g. matching our existing skirting boards, re-routing an external cable and plastering the internal walls where the new windows were a different length. I have no hesitation in recommending Character Windows to others.

After meeting with Character Windows over windows and doors in a new extension and having them fitted, I used them with new windows and doors on 3 rental houses all superbly fitted with no problems whatsover. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Character Windows supplied and fitted a new window and back door, made the current opening for a second window bigger and fitted a window, replaced outside cladding. They were punctual, polite, well priced and the work was completed to a high standard. I have already asked them to do my bi fold doors.
