Fantastic experience dealing with John and his team. Had a full replacement of my central heating system, gas piping, kitchen and bathroom plumbing. The guys were knowledgeable, flexible when working round the timelines of my property refurb, the price was very reasonable and the quailty of work was spot on. Would definately use them again and would recommend them.

I used CityWide Gas Services for a basic boiler repair (after a succession of no shows). They were friendly and efficient.

I chose Citywide after reading other excellent reviews and can now submit another 5 star review for John. We discussed my needs and then John recommended a couple of boilers that would be suitable for my home. After I had chosen, he and Chris came and installed the new boiler together with a Hive hub which gives me much more flexibility. The installation went smoothly and in time on budget. Both guys patiently answered my many and varied questions and showed me how to use the new system. They are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and great with communication about arrival times, costs etc. Nothing was too much trouble. John will be doing further work for me in the future. After dealing with several plumbers in the past, I am delighted to have found John. His communication is top notch, he is beyond flexible and comes with a smile on his face to solve the problems. Had boiler fell repaired, sink and loo replaced and radiators! He knows his stuff! Cannot recommend highly! Tidy, efficient, cost effective!

I called City Wide Gas services when my boiler began to go faulty. John advised that the boiler was beyond economical repair and gave me a quote to replace. I accepted the quote the next again day and John came to fit the new boiler the next again morning. First class service from a company I now know and trust!

I had gas central heating and a gas boiler installed by Citywide Gas Services and I would highly recommend this family company for the quality of the work and efficiency in carrying it out. The work was done with the minimum of upheaval and John worked very hard to get the work completed on time. When John came to my house to give me an estimate of the work to be carried out, he took time to explain in detail and in a friendly manner, all that he would be doing and also how long it would take. John has also been in touch to make sure everything is in working order and to make sure I am happy with the work he has done, which I am.

After John first helped when my boiler was not working, I have now had him to service the boiler twice. He comes when he says he will, does a good job and is very pleasant.

I contacted CityWide gas services due to the 5 star reviews on trust a trader, if there was 6 stars I would give these guys that! Over the last year or so we have had trouble with our boiler system not being in full working order, call outs to insurance boiler cover never really sorted the issue, pump replaced but house still never as warm as it should be, the previous engineers never seemed to get to the route of the problem and insisted the system be power flushed (it seems a cop out) John & his team were straightforward in word and actions, talked me through what they thought was wrong with the system and how they were going to go about it to fix it, this was not an easy job to fix with our boiler being as old as the house (30 years) I knew straight away I could trust citywide to get to the bottom of the problem. The guys worked hard all day and delivered, our house is now hotter than its ever been!! I would not hesitate to recommend citywide to family & friends and know who to use in future for any heating services. 5 🌟
