Carried out the annual service on our gas boiler. Always remind us when its due and book a convenient appointment for us. Very quick and efficient service including billing arrangements. One minor issue is that the engineers should set the controls back to where they originally found them after completing the test, avoiding a cold shower the next day!

The person who installed our new boiler from Clarity Heating who’s name i can’t remember arrived on time got straight on with the work he was very efficient and knowledgeable also clean and tidy. Tested everything at the end cleared all the waste. Then explained to us how to use the boiler program, made sure we were happy with his work before he left. We would certainly use them again

We have just had our boiler serviced by Clarity Heating and the engineer arrived on time, was very respectful towards us by putting on a mask immediately and removing his shoes when he entered the house. He was extremely efficient and helpful and also answered some questions we had with regard to our one year old boiler.

Clarity heating service our boiler on a yearly basis and then I call on them for any minor (hopefully) emergency in between. They always say a date and time and stick to it, even during lockdown! The only thing you have to chase them for is an invoice. Great Firm would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Good job done
We contacted Clarity after being sent their details by a neighbour, from the start they made the every effort to understand the issue before attending, they attending within 48hrs (wasn't an urgent issue). On attendance the work was explained and completed very efficiently. Really pleased and hope they can undertake the regular maintenance

Mark from Clarity Heating undertook the annual service of my Vaillant combination boiler before the winter sets in. As ever, booking was quick, friendly and efficient. Mark arrived on time, with full Covid precautions. In addition to servicing the boiler, he adjusted it so fuel usage will be considerably lower. Everything was left neat and tidy, and Mark is a remarkable fund of useful and unexpected information.

First service on our Viessman gas boiler

The new gas boiler was installed a year ago, and i need to say that it has not failed us all year, also the gas consumption has been reduced by abour a half compared with our previous boiler. The Engineer arrived on time to service the boiler, worked efficiently through the process and shared details of the tests as they he progressed through the various stages. Needless to say as expected the boiler was given a clean bill of health, which was confirmed by Service Certificate which was recieced the next day. Very pleased with the installation last year and the service this.
