An excellent and professional first visit which was arranged at short notice. We appreciated the confirmation of the appointment prior to the visit. The engineer arrived on time. Excellent understanding and analysis of our underfloor heating system by the engineer Mark, issues explained in a clear and understandable way. A faulty part has been identified and the follow up is now being scheduled.

Clarity Heating came to mend a gas fire and service our oil/wood burner. This was the second time we had used them as I was so impressed the first occasion. Both jobs were done efficiently at the agreed time and price. Mark was very pleasant and helpful and explained what had gone wrong with the fire and how he had repaired it. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The heating engineer (Mark) came to do a regular service on my external Grants combi boiler. As always, he was friendly, courteous and efficient, leaving everything clean, tidy and in good working order. In the past, he has solved some tricky problems with the boiler, such as the replacement of the malfunctioning PCB circuit board last year (2020), which had caused the boiler to cut out every now and then for no apparent reason. I can recommend Clarity Heating as a team of excellent heating engineers.

Boiler broke, no hot water / heating they got an engineer out that morning, new part fitted, working boiler within 2 hours. Quality work and excellent cost, have used them for many years, would highly recommend.

Clarity have serviced my gas boiler for the last few years. They always remind me the service is due. They have always come early in the morning so the service doesn’t interfere with my day. Service price seems competitive. The gas engineers have always been polite, tidy and so far as I can tell, thorough. They always ask if there is any problem or observation about how the boiler is working.

Brilliant service
We have used Clarity heating now for several years. Their service is impeccable. Very friendly and efficient office staff. They even ring you to remind you of the date they are coming. Highly recommend them.

Very quick response to address a broken boiler. Fitters in place the next day, enabling us to have heating again over the weekend. Polite and effective at all levels, office, sales, work and reception. Price quote comparable to fixed price quotes found online.
