Fast and efficient repair of boiler

Clarity fixed the boiler after initial temporary fix they ordered part and booked a day to complete the repair. Done in less that 3/4 hour at the time they stated. British Gas gave a standard quote of £220 with out knowing what the problem was.

Clarity installed our Viessmann boiler last year in advance of a large renovation project. Their knowledge of energy-efficient weather compensated systems, and other methods of reducing consumption and providing flexible heating for a large home persuaded us to use them, and we're very pleased with our purchase although we've only been able to use the hot water system so far. We turned to Clarity again when we were unhappy with the way our loft fitters had installed the hot water feeds to the upstairs bathrooms; they diagnosed the problems and fixed them quickly, resulting in almost instant hot water throughout the house. We then asked Clarity to fit our downstairs radiators after the ground floor had been renovated; they were very helpful in fitting around our lengthy, still-chaotic project and in giving us good ideas when we were still quite indecisive. We enjoy our interactions with all the staff and trust them to give us good advice and to turn up on time and finish the job well. The proof will be in the pudding once winter comes and we see how well the weather comp system works for us, but I'm quietly confident based on Clarity's performance and intelligent support to date.

The engineer was very friendly, clean and well presented. He was efficient in completing the service and very knowledgeable about the heating system. The office staff were friendly and quick to set up an appointment for the service, upon completion a certificate and invoice were sent on the day of completion. I would definitely be using them again.

I've used a number of companies for an annual boiler service, experiencing rushed services, high charges and being 'encouraged' to buy additional services and goods. This is my second year with Clarity. They inspired confidence last year and again this year. The engineer explained what he was doing and why, the administration was efficient and I feel confident that my boiler is safe and operating efficiently.

These guys are really good. In everything they do they are really helpful and professional. The problem with my boiler was not straightforward but they handled it well and their communication was very good. Marie even emailed me after hours from her phone to make sure I was ok.
