We approached Creative joinery to see if they could give us a price for 3 bedrooms. We originally had a quote from Sharps, a company that we would normally use. In the master bedroom we wanted a walk through sliding wardrobe, which then followed through to our en-suite bathroom. Sharps prices on this occasion were way out of our budget, so we decided to get a quote from Creative. David & John advised us on what we could do to bring our vision to life. We cannot express enough how delighted we are with the end result. It really is a beautiful slider providing useful hanging and storage, of what was once dormant space. We now have a great use of space with a WOW factor! Alec and Ryan the fitters, were great to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble, any suggestions I made were listened to and delivered. I made an assumption when ordering our wardrobes that they would be soft closing. My mistake, so make sure if soft closing sliders are wanted, you ask for this at the point of design. In the second bedroom we wanted a bespoke gaming table made to match the bedroom furniture. John went out of his way to look at this for me, I shared with him exactly what I wanted and he delivered! Again, I cannot express how delighted we are with this desk! All the other furniture we ordered in Dusk Grey is great. Our boys are so happy with their new rooms, as are we with ours! Having been to look at the showroom in Chorley we were contacted that evening with a date and time to come and measure up for sliding doors for our bathroom. After measuring and discussing our needs we were then sent a formal letter (no email, no text - lovely!) with quote etc. The fitters arrived on time on the day the work was to be done and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality and appearance of the doors, the politeness of the fitters and the price - they are absolutely gorgeous. We have just moved into a new build property and John ensured the work was complete prior to us moving in despite a tight timescale. The fitters were polite, timely and tidy. Helpful and courteous in the shop when choosing the doors without being pushy. The lads came to fit the wardrobes whilst we were at work and aside from the lovely new wardrobes, you wouldn't know they had been in. Super clean and tidy and top quality finish. Can't recommend them highly enough.
