It’s daunting finding a plumber that will do the job well, that is honest, reliable and won’t rip you off! I knew from the off Danny was the man for the job and when he came to replace our combi boiler with his son, they weren’t intrusive to our family life.

Called Danny to investigate what appeared to be a leaking soil pipe at my small business. He was very accommodating in fitting in his visit around the needs of my business, came when he said he would and on the one occasion he wasn't able to come, he rang and told me in plenty of time. He diagnosed the problem, sealed the leaking pipe and discovered that the 1st floor toilet cistern was leaking (and as we are on a water meter, it was critical to find and stop this). He gave me a quote with options to repair or replace, then fitted a new toilet and took the old one away. His very reasonable costs were as quoted with only a small fee for the 1st diagnostic visit which took about 45 minutes. His workmanship was very good and he was clean and tidy too. I will definitely use him again.

I asked Danny to check out a leak we had had through the ceiling. He offered to come immediately if it was an emergency. However as that wasn't necessary a visit was arranged and Danny then took great care to keep me informed of his exact time of arrival. Once here the problem (an overflowing water tank) was quickly identified and put right for which a very reasonable charge was made. I can't fault the service.

After purchasing a new boiler I was left with the problem of who should I get to fit it, luckily for me my friend had recently used D and C property Solutions and recommended Danny and his team. From the very first contact I had with Danny everything was dealt with in a highly professional manner, everything was explained to me in layman's terms and nothing seemed like to much trouble no matter what my request. The job itself was carried out with the minimum of disruption to myself and everything was left spotless on completion.
