Decorated our bedroom and living room beautifully. We were very impressed by the quality of the work and level of service.

Des Cass is a traditional, high quality decorator of a type that is difficult to find these days. Our front door and surrounds were badly weathered. He established the problem, and then over a period of days took the woodwork back to a fantastic state. I couldn't recommend Des and the company highly enough.

We had used Mr Cass over 20 years ago, when we had our hall and stairway decorated. This work still looks almost new and so we chose him to re-paint the outside fittings-windows and stoneware-of our house. He and his two workmates did an excellent job to a very high standard. I would highly recommend them.

We found Des through Which Trusted Traders and when he came over for an estimate of the work (wallpapering the hallway and stairs) we were immediately impressed by his professional knowledge as well as his pleasant manners. His quote was reasonable so we employed his services to line the walls first and the work was of such a high standard that we asked Des if he could come back to do the wallpapering. I have to add that it wasn’t only Des we were impressed with, his workers Nick and Jack who did the lining paper were absolutely delightful. In addition to taking pride in their work they were polite and considerate. Every day they were working at our place they came early worked all day and cleaned after themselves before leaving. It is not surprising that we asked Des back to do the wallpapering once we had this delivered. We had to wait a couple of weeks as he was committed to another job but it was well worth the wait. Again they came and spent three days to complete the job which was done with the same high standards as the lining of the walls. I cannot recommend Des and his workers highly enough. He is such a good decorator that we have already made a preliminary booking with Des to wallpaper the living room and the dining room and are prepared to wait until he is free to do it.

Friendly professional team who took pains to maintain social distancing in these difficult times. They are reliable, trustworthy and offer a very high standard of workmanship. I used this company for exterior repair and decoration to my 3 bed terrace 9 years ago - their work was of such good quality that it lasted until 2020 - I consider that to be real value for money. My house looks great. I appreciate the care taken to communicate, arrive on time, include extra work not originally estimated for and to clean up after themselves each day. Their price was as quoted. I will use them again in another 10 years. Highly recommended.

Des and his team redid the walls of our bathroom (strip paper, make good the plaster, prepare and repaint window frame and door) as well as doing some remedial work in our hallway where there were some cracks and popped nail heads. Everything was completed to a very high standard, the team were very courteous and polite (even to our cats!) and we were very impressed with how it all looks now. He was also very quick to respond to my request to look round and quote, providing a very detailed summary of what he would do which was reassuring. Thanks again!
