Fantastic work
Customer Service
Fantastic workers- starting with Tom Collins, engineer, followed by Paul's team; Bob and Craig very knowledgeable, happy and considerate; whilst Bens team of Turi/Dash were not there as long; they did a good job. Just sorry I do not have another property for them to do!! It is a very long time since I have been lucky to find workers such good attitude/work ethics honesty!

Excellent Service
Customer Service
I would definitely recommend this firm as they produced a detailed report with specification of work which had to be undertaken in the property. They were then able to get the job done within a short time-frame. Finally, very impressed to see that they also sent a certificate to confirm the period their work was guaranteed. A building surveyor recommend this firm to me and I would pass this recommendation on to anyone.

Some negative points
Customer Service
Damaged neighbour's wall while injecting treatment. (They did arrange to repair.) We were left having to call out an electrician as when the plasterers left, having used their mixer, the electrics could not be switched back on. A neighbour reported that the team had left mess all over the pavement and dumped material in her skip without permission. We reported this to the company and had no reply. The initial survey ran smoothly and Tom was very helpful at that stage.

The trader replied (on 12/12/2019)
As described, a very small amount of the neighbour's plaster was dislodged during our chemical injection. These sorts of things happen from time to time & the important thing is to apologise and put things right... as we did. Unfortunately, it's difficult to explain how your electrics failed. Trip switches can trip, and fuses blow - these are common issues. Our plasterer wasn't aware that anything was wrong at time of completion. We always remove our waste material. However, we understand that a couple of small bags may have been put in the skip outside your property. For this we apologise again - it certainly isn't our normal practice. We are pleased that your experience with our surveyor and main team was good - and it's always annoying if the last bit of the experience (the plastering) goes adrift.

We was looking for a damp-proofing contractor for a flat we were purchasing after an independent damp survey recommend work. We emailed five firms for quotes based on the survey and only Dampcoursing Ltd and Ward Damp Proofing quoted. Dampcoursing Ltd were cheaper and offered a better service: their surveyor came to check the specification and offered some helpful advice, then they hacked off the plaster and injected a dpc, and came back a couple of weeks later after the walls had dried and re-plastered with a cement render/multi-finish. They were punctual, tidy and did a good job re-plastering.
