At Daniels we pride ourselves in exceptional customer service. Our high staff retention levels and comprehensive technical training programmes mean our friendly team of expert technicians provide a consistently high level of after sales service and care to ensure that any customer who uses us, is delighted enough to remain a customer for life.
Our service managers Steve Berryman and Jim Sandford are personable and friendly and are always on hand to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your vehicle. No work will be carried out on your car without consultation and as such all our customers feel assured that only work that is necessary has been undertaken. A full 25 point check sheet is provided after each job to inform our customers of any work that may be required in the future.
In our Parts department we carry a comprehensive stock of Parts and Accessories. If we haven’t got what you require on our shelves, in most cases we will be able to get it for the following day

My car needed a coil spring replaced. Daniels provided a very competitive quote and were able to get the part and replace the spring within a few hours. Staff were friendly and efficient.

I have used Daniels for many years, both for buying and servicing cars and have always been treated with exemplary professionalism and great kindness. Their work is excellent and reasonably priced and they are always willing to go the extra mile to provide a positive customer experience. For the past few years I have had to take my car to another dealer (had to buy another make, as Renault stopped making my preferred model for the UK), but now I can take my Zoe electric car back to what feels like home for its service. I highly recommend Daniels, first class in every way.
