We believe in doing quality work that’s on time and to budget. That means we only ask for payment once the job’s complete and you’re happy with it. And we also offer a 5 – 25 year guarantee on all work carried out.

Investigate a leak that we suspected was from the roof. DBR gave a detailed explanation of the problem and forwarded pictures as evidence of works required. Provided a detailed quotation for the works and confirmed a date the works will commence. They arrived promptly and forwarded pictures of completed works. We were satisfied the works have been carried out effectively and they offered a guarantee of the works for piece of mind. We found they were easy to communicate with and they were happy to offer advise. Definitely a customer focused company and we would recommend them to anyone that required roofing works.

Replacement of roof and skylights on flat roof extension. The roofing team were very good, prompt and responsive, but the redecorating and making good afterwards was poor. Communication between them and the people they had hired to make good was poor, and even though the roofing job only took 3 days, it was nearly a month before the whole thing was finished.

I have used this trader on two separate occasions. Firstly, they repaired a side roof, replaced tiles and cleared of moss. The second visit was to remove a chimney. I have found these traders to be very efficient and conscientious about their work. When an unforeseen problem arose, they informed me of their findings and suggested possible solutions, which included speaking to my neighbour to explain the situation. They are clean, tidy and honest. They always give you full details of when they are likely to arrive and are helpful and understanding with my own work priorities.
