Power Board Replacement - TV Broken By Engineer
LG arranged for DBS to replace the power board, first visit engineer didn’t know how to do it? Second visit the engineer broke the panel cover and the HDMI input so now the sound doesn’t work. This company denied the breakages and haven’t been interested in resolving the issue. I would not recommend using this company from my experience

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service. As previously explained we do accept that these backs are difficult to remove and as such they occasional get damaged. We have already explained that a replacement rear cover has been ordered directly from LG, unfortunately they are awaiting stock. The sound issue you are experiencing does not appear to be an issue with the TV as you have sound on the TV from different sources and from my understanding you also have sound via SKY when watching the previews. I would recommend that you contact SKY as we had had numerous cases like this. Once the rear cover arrives we will contact you to schedule an appointment. Should you require any further assistance in the meantime please feel free to contact DBS directly.
