Dan was polite, friendly and responded quickly to my initial contact with him. He came and looked at the job to be done, provided a competitive quote and booked us in. We had to wait approximately 3 weeks for him to do the job as he is very popular but he let us know this and I’m glad we waited. The lights look excellent. He cleaned up after himself. He gave good advice about what we wanted. I would definitely use Dan again and have already recommended him to others.

I've used Dan a number of times over the past few years - everything from replacing my fuse box to doing PAT testing - and he has been nothing but brilliant every time. Easy to be around, patient with my changing instructions, and had lots of good advice for me as I had no idea what I was talking about! Dan has recently carried out some work on my flat. The electrics were in a terrible state and he sorted them out quickly and professionally. He has installed a new fuse box, plug sockets and down lighting. Dan is hardworking, reliable and trustworthy. Got Dan in to do an EICR after a house purchase, after the previous one I got was utterly useless. Dan did a really thorough job, very clear explanations on the report & happy to explain details where required. Very easy to get on with, very accommodating, no arrogance - not one of those traders that makes you feel unwelcome in your own home! Didn’t try to fleece me with a full rewire! Very pragmatic. Remembers details of my house months later when I email to ask him questions about my electrics! Had him back a couple of times since to re-mediate problems identified and install some shaver sockets etc.

Dan was great at explaining exactly what needed doing in a way we could understand easily. He carried out some re-wiring as well as a full electrical safety test of our flat. He was quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. A pleasure to deal with. Any electrical work we need doing in the future and Dan will be our first and only call.

Dan rewired our Victorian terrace and generally hauled the electrics into the modern era. He was really professional, honest and straight forward from start to finish. His quote was competitive and the work completed efficiently and to a good standard. The lights on our middle floor all stopped working. We had already contacted 2 other electrician who failed to identify the problem. One suggesting we use lamps as the sockets were working. Dan came, did his check and within 5 minutes he was able to tell us what he thought the issue was. He then had to change some fuses around to confirm his diagnosis. Once satisfied, he went to purchase the part needed to complete the job. Dan completed the job within 40 minute inclusive of having to get a fuse box from the shops. I don't usually write reviews, however I was impressed with Dan's time keeping, professionalism, efficiency and value for money. I highly recommend him and will be using him from now on. We only needed a few wires cut but Dan popped in to have a look at the job before he actually did it. I would say he's like a good hairdresser - don't look for anybody else. My husband and I happily recommend him.
