I had four rooms painted by Dean McCathie Painter & Decorator in February. To be fair, I'd actually received two quotes from other painting companies. Whilst all quotes were roughly around the same amount, I liked the professional approach shown Dean Mccathie. They showed me a portfolio of worked carried out for other customers and gave me a complete breakdown of materials to be used and a costing for each room. The other companies just gave me a total sum quote with no detail, so I decided to go with Dean Mccathie and we agree a time to start work. Overall the work took four days to complete. The painters arrive sharp and on time each morning as agreed. I found the painters very polite and friendly. They never caused me any inconvenience and cleaned up after them each day. I have to say that I'm more than happy with the completed work and would highly recommend Dean Mccathie Painter & Decorator to anyone looking for a decent painter and decorator, just as I have recommended them to my friends, who've all commented on how fresh the house looks now.

Hall and landings including cupola and stairs, dining room, drawing room and bathrooms. All in an 1880s townhouse. I had very quick and reasonable quotes, attention to detail and finish was excellent. Helpful advice re. colours. We have more works to complete and will definitely be using Dean McCathie.
