A late booking with a couple of hours warning was accommodated seamlessly, replacement car, everything and more all sorted 62 hours early. Phone gets answered with a real person and just a good all round experience.

Having my Mercedes CLS looked after by Derrick Wells Ltd is a joy. A garage where you meet the boss, are offered tea or coffee, enjoy intelligent conversation in Reception, and feel sure that the work is being done properly, under expert supervision, with absolutely no inflated charges for the minor extras. Good work that's not over-priced, complimentary courtesy car, intelligent conversation, Earl Grey tea, and - the ultimate touch of sheer excellence - a friendly welcome from a delightful Golden Retriever. I mean... what more could you ask? If only I had known this quality of experience was available a few miles from home, I would have bought a Mercedes years ago.
