Lewis from Divine Water did a fantastic job for us today. Had to locate and fix a leak underneath ground floor. He was on time, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Really glad to have found this company. Would recommend this company without any hesitation.

We are very happy with the extensive work Divine Water recently completed for us: replacement of our boiler and radiators and refit of our bathroom and separate cloakroom. Richard and Lewis came to look at the job and were very clear, knowledgeable and thorough. We quickly received their quotes and felt confident to entrust them with the whole project. Richard did most of the boiler and electrical work and Lewis completed everything else with the exception of plastering and tiling which were done by their regular sub-contractors. Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with, responding well to any challenges they encountered, ensuring attention to detail and that we were completely happy each step of the way. Importantly, they are honest, reliable and always turned up when they said they would. A special thank you to Lewis for going the extra mile to ensure everything was exactly as we wanted and to Richard for working with the gas board to resolve issues with the gas pressure.

Second job Joe has done for us,this time refitting main bathroom. Exceptional work,doing additional jobs including removing broken floor tiles and reflooring both main and loft bathroom .Everything clearly explained, expertly done and all for a very reasonable price. Contacted Divine Water on 23rd June for a quote to replace our shower unit via text. Was contacted by Joe the following day who asked for some photos of the old shower. He was then able to quote via this method. Appointment booked for Friday morning at 11:30 of the same week. Although they were running late on Friday morning I was kept informed at regular intervals as to what time to expect them. A young guy called Lewis arrived and he was very polite and professional in the way he carried out the work. He was also very respectful of our house and cleaned away once finished. Everything was tested in front of me to confirm I was satisfied. Lewis was honest in the time the job actually took him so when the invoice arrived it was slightly less than the original quote. Overall a 5 star service was provided and will definitely be using there services in the future.

I have used Divine Water before to fix my central heating. This time I called them to repair a leaking kitchen tap. Got a fast response to my initial call for help and came round promptly. Lewis accurately diagnosed problem as corroded pipe into tap and advised me to purchase a new tap. Purchased new tap on Saturday and Lewis came back same afternoon to fit it. Given Coronavirus he respected social distancing and came with mask. Good value.
