A morning call to Divine Water got Richard to look at the problem with my boiler the same evening, he diagnosed the issue as a faulty pressure switch. He returned the following evening to fit a new switch with a minimum of fuss. The charge for his prompt service, given that both visits were out of normal working hours, was very acceptable. I am very pleased with the level of service from Divine Water and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest assessment of a problem.

Richard Cossey has been the engineer for quite some time now. I have felt a great confidence in the work that has been carried out from previous services. The previous service found that the components that needed to be replaced would have been too costly when taken into consideration that the boiler is over 20 years old. I will be getting a new boiler installed by Richard in the spring time Based on the work that had been carried out on previous times I trust his recommendation for the type of boiler which measures up to my needs and the size of the property all seems to be summed up carefully by Richard for me to look forward to the work that is going to be carried out replacing the boiler.

Richard came and diagnosed a defective fan was causing my boiler to cut out intermittently. He obtained a replacement fan and fitted it the same morning it has been working ever since. I would use Divine Water again and happy to recommend Richard's services. Divine Water prices are reasonable for a first class service.

As Divine Water have done previous work for us, we asked them to quote for refitting our bathroom. Joe gave us a reasonable estimate for the work with a breakdown of each aspect - tiling, rubbish removal etc. The lead-time suited us and the work was carried out without mess or disruption to the rest of the house - dustsheets were put down and taken up at the end of each day. During the work we asked for extra work and Joe was able to accommodate this. He made use of other tradesmen, a plasterer and tiler and coordinated which days they were to attend. Joe kept us informed of his arrival time each day. He was very polite and pleasant worker, quietly efficient and professional and we were very happy with the refit.

Richard identified my boiler problem, arrived at the time he promised and replaced an expansion vessel for me - a difficult job due to constricted space. I have used Divine Water for several years - annual service,fixing leaks,etc - and can always be assured of efficient work at a reasonable cost.

Have used Divine Water several times now and very satisfied - always professional, friendly and efficient. They have carried out an annual service of my boiler and most recently Richard responded very promptly when I discovered a leak from my downstairs toilet and fixed the problem in his usual excellent manner. I am a professional landlord, and have used Divine Water many times over a number of years. This includes large jobs - new gas boiler, and small jobs - broken tap. Always satisfied with the results. They are also happy to arrange access directly with my tannat which saves me time. Must jobs done quickly.
