At EW Grace Glass, we have been making homes and work premises warmer, safer, and more energy efficient for our clients. We do this by installing the highest quality windows, doors and conservatories. We're based in Essex and are proud to be a part of the Independent Network.

From quotation to installation completion, E W Grace have been efficient and professional. The sales process wasn't pushy, the price was competitive and despite having to install these windows during COVID, the installation team worked safely and respected the need for precautions while working in my house. Problems (all minor) were communicated quickly and resolved sensibly. The job was completed on time and on cost and the quality of the work and and windows appears to be good.

We have been very impressed with EW Glass from the original contact right through to completion. All of the members of the team we have dealt with have been very friendly and professional. The original quote was very easy with no pressure selling or messing about with price. The price was fair for the work we required. The fitters were both very friendly, they kept the areas they worked in as tidy as they could and did a great job overall and the end result looks very good. There was one small hiccup with the bathroom window (a clear window was ordered rather than obscured). However, this was dealt with very quickly with little fuss and we now have the right window in place. Would really recommend this firm and its great to use a local firm who do such a good job.

From start to finish of the windows being replaced we could not have asked for a better Company. All floors and stairs were protected, at the end of the day they made sure that the room they were working in was clean and tidy and also the outside was cleaned and swept. Every respect was given to our house and also to us. The standard and quality of workmanship was excellent throughout. It never felt as though they were rushing to get the job finished. Every care was taken over the quality of the finish. We cannot recommend Martin and Alan enough. We would definitely recommend and use this Company again.

Was worried about having double glazing as had original single glazed windows with original handles approx 70 years old. I was concerned that new windows would stand out and clash with the style of the house, however with help from Nicola I made the right choice and they look amazing! Am so pleased. Have had so many compliments and the installers have had business enquiries as a result of how great they look. Went for the highest spec ones which have not disappointed. Installation was stress-free. Impressed with the noise reduction that the new windows provide, I can no longer hear school traffic in the morning. Thank you, guys.

Once again the team that they brought to my home was courteous and professional and left the house immaculate.
