Eclipse Plumbing Heating Gas Ltd recently replaced our existing home central heating system. Their high quality and professional workmanship was excellent, from start to finish. Initially they walked us through the necessary scope of works and identified several options, including quotations for us to choose from, and an approximate duration to complete the works. Naturally, such a scope of works requires furniture to be moved, carpets and floor boards to be lifted, but everything was replaced, as if they had never been there! The works were delivered as per the quotation and training on how to manage and operate the new system was provided. A very professional service provided and a company we would highly recommend.

From start to finish Liam was professional, quoted us to replace our old combi boiler yet was flexible and understanding when we changed the route we wanted to go in. The price was very fair, he set a date and stuck to it. Being kept in contact with throughout helped me personally and on the day Liam turned up as promised, completed the job no problem, cleaned up after himself and also protected our flooring despite us doing other renovation jobs at the time. Eclipse came to remove old Central Heating system and replace with new Worcester Bosch Combi system. Work was started and completed on agreed dates they exhibited confidence in what they were doing throughout despite the considerable amount of work involved. The work included lifting/replacing carpets installing new pipework and removal of old hot water tank. We are really pleased with the new system which is working extremely well and our 1st months energy bill with new system is much reduced compared to the previous month. I would definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We had a small combi in the loft and a mechanical boiler for hot water in the kitchen - Liam suggested removing both and having one larger combi boiler in the loft. All work carried out to a high standard - even bricking up the hole in the wall - clean, tidy and courteous throughout - would highly recommend - gas use has at least halved.

Liam fitted our boiler about six years ago and has done its regular servicing every year since. I’m very happy with that work. All done to schedule and at the price quoted. Everything has worked without a hitch. Recently we’ve had an electrician damage one of our waste pipes and Liam has been out to fix it. He’s done this at little notice when he was already busy but made the time to sort out my problem when nobody else was interested because he seemed to feel he couldn’t leave us in a fix. He seems to genuinely care about doing a good job and looking after his customers. That work was also done quickly, competently and at a fair price, when he could have pretty much charged whatever he wanted. I can’t rate him highly enough.

I wanted a new combi boiler to replace my old regular boiler and three associated water tanks. I got quotes from several Worcester Approved suppliers. Liam from Eclipse Plumbing Heating Gas Ltd turned up as arranged and gave me a quote. He was the only plumber (of several who came to give me a quote) who came with a testing device to check my water flow (as explained by Liam, no point in me having a high powered combi boiler if I only have a low water pressure to supply it). He explained everything to me about changing to a combi boiler and the pros and cons of different heating / hot water boiler types. Upon the fitting days (two day job) Liam arrived on-time as arranged and did a real quality job. Given that I was having three water tanks removed and the boiler replaced, I thought there would be water and mess everywhere. Not with Liam, he protected my carpets and he cleaned any mess as he worked (his trusty water vac kept everywhere clean and dry). He was super-efficient and did an absolute fantastic job. I’m now all ready for winter with a new 40kw Worcester 8000 Life boiler and the matching Worcester Easy Control. As Liam is a Worcester Approved supplier, I also got a 12-year warranty (subject to annual servicing) on the boiler and controls. Liam was absolutely fantastic, any plumbing or gas jobs I need completing in the future. Eclipse Plumbing Heating Gas Ltd are the only company I’ll be calling.
