My elderly mum's heating broke down. She rang Westflow who passed the call to Eco Flame as Westflow couldn't attend immediately. Dan from Eco Flame arrived within half an hour, got the system working again and checked all the radiators. My mum is now warm and happy, especially given the very reasonable cost of the call-out. Kudos to Westflow for putting the customer first and to Eco Flame for a very prompt and efficient visit.

I needed a new boiler as in the coldest month mine breaks down Adam from Eco flame gave me a great quote and sent his engineer Antoine round to fit it yesterday He worked so hard so professionally and so cleanly, I left my mum who’s 82 in my property as I had to work. Antoine was so lovely and kept her informed of everything happening but didn’t bombard her with facts A very friendly professional service and I will be booking in my annual service on the boiler every year with Eco flame Thank you so much for a top class service and price

Absolutely first class from start to finish, including the price. Adam serviced the boiler, recharged the expansion vessel in hot water tank and replaced a faulty tap valve. Responsive, flexible, timely, polite, clear on the work, quick, tidy and price was great value and as quoted. Will only ever use Eco Flame from now on. Thanks so much Adam.

Our central heating had failed and Adam managed to fit us in at the end of the day and replaced the faulty pump on the same visit. He and his colleague were helpful, polite and communicative and managed to carry out the repair works in a tidy, efficient and professional manner. The price was very reasonable and I would have no hesitation in using them again. Highly recommended.

Both Adam and Dan are very professional the way they work and provide service. Dan power flushed and cleaned my radiators amd boiler it is excellent now. I would highly recommend and will use them again. They knew exactly what was wrong and what work was needed. Very honest and helpful. Good work. They know their work inside out.

Adam visited to quote for a replacement boiler (and did the annual inspection of the boiler on our key property nearby). This was at about a weeks lead time, experience on the annual maintenance job gave me confidence in their proficiency. They were busy through Jan and I changed the choice of boilers. Lead times were not short, due to their popularity with past customers, for us the wait was worth it, not a problem. Dan did the work: laying a new mains gas supply under floorboards, tidy pipe routing through the walls, into the garage to the boiler, and a new run for the cooker. Both are excellent engineers, hard working, thoughtful, polite, communicate well, and produced excellent results. Definitely want to have them do future work for us.

Contacted Adam when told by my usual boiler repairer that they couldn't send out an engineer for over three weeks. Adam came the following day and diagnosed the problem, then obtained the necessary parts and repaired the boiler the next day. So just two days without central heating and hot water rather than over three weeks. Thank you Adam.
