ELB Electrical (Gloucester) Ltd

A new fuse box and general updating of faulty electrical circuitry and old wiring in my home. This was done quickly and efficiently subject to an estimate, and was undertaken very professionally.

ELB Electrical Ltd undertook a complete rewire of our four bedroom house. The house including the cellar is four levels and the age of the property and legacy of previous electrical work/neglect over many decades made it a difficult job with many 'unknowns unknowns'. Plus the house was not empty - all our belongings were in it - which created added issues with dust and access to floorboards. From the beginning, Eugene from ELB Electricals communicated clearly and honestly with us and spent time with us so he understood what we needed. He built a good, professional and trusted relationship with us as clients. He provided weekly updates with photos of the work and started on the agreed date, finished within the agreed timeframe and charged the agreed price. He visited at the end of the project to ensure all the work had been completed to his standard and that we were happy with the work before providing a final invoice. I will be using ELB Electrical Ltd again as I know that they care for their customers and I trust their work - which to me is key when it comes to professionals/traders working in my home.

Elb electrical carried out the first and second fixing on my new kitchen. They made themselves available as to not cause delays with the carpenter/kitchen fitter and with their help many problems were over come. I used Elb electrical several weeks earlier for downlights in my new bathroom, together with extractor fan and new bathroom cabinet after struggling to find a reliable electrician. Consequently after the first project I needed to look no further for the new kitchen.
