We had a two new extractor fan installed and additional Plug sockets added to 2 bedrooms. They were extremely efficient in completing their work within the deadline and also left the property clean. Very pleased with their professionalism and conduct.

I expect a service provider to do what they are paid to do and nobody needs a reference or credit for that. What Ellie's Electricians are not paid to do is make it personal. Their staff are friendly, super professional, prompt but most importantly, really care. When troubled by something they could not replace immediately, they were more concerned about us than themselves, so much so, they went and purchased the part from a supplier quite far away, came back and installed it after working hours. Anyone else would have just come back the next day but they knew it was not convenient for us. I highly, highly recommend them as professional, reliable and conscientious electricians.

I phoned Ellie's Electricians after seeing the van around the neighborhood, and liking the "Run by women..." tagline. I've now had an electrician, Timothy, out to the house three times to complete various jobs, including installing a new consumer unit, fault finding, installing an outdoor socket and floodlight, etc. I was immediately impressed with Timothy's diligence, thoughtfulness, and care. He was quick, without being rushed, extremely knowledgeable, and considerate of our house. He even got on with our overly excitable dog. The other folks at Ellie's made scheduling a breeze, offered fair prices, and followed up quickly with my questions. It'll be the only number I call when I need electrical work.
