We have used Embury Property Services Ltd several times now but this latest job was the largest and most complex. We had a large back extension and complete renovation of the entire house with new kitchen etc. From the initial consultation with the architect that EPS recommended it has been seamless, highly professional, and perfectly on budget. I gave Gavin and his team a brief of what work i wanted done and from then on have not had to worry about anything. My own personal expertise do not live in property development so i was delighted to step back and confidently let EPS come up with the finer details of the project. They advised me on everything from what type of flooring would work well for us, overall layout, window configuration, to various kitchen options and everything in between. The quality of craftsmanship is second to none. The substantial team of experts in their field work swiftly and with exceptional quality with timings between stages of the job managed impeccably with delivery of supplies and marking sure the correct person who was needed to work was on the job with zero down time. It is a fantastically well run business which shows through craftsmanship. They were also managing to do all of this coming out of a lockdown with lots of suppliers on limited service, which is astonishing. The ENTIRE team are an absolute joy to have around the house too. They are professional, highly skilled, incredibly courteous, caring. I would only use EPS.

Rebuilt a collapsed 10 metre listed garden wall. Skilled, specialist tradesmen were courteous and punctual onsite. Kept to budget and to agreed schedule - excellent communication from management throughout. Would highly recommend.
