From our first meeting with Conner Sutch till the installation everything went well, Conner suggested a plan to overcome come a very tight turn on our stairs which enabled us to have the stairlift installed, after a couple of company’s told us it could not be done. We visited the show room, and after my wife tried out the lift Conner had suggested , we knew we had the solution we needed. The engineer who fitted the stairlift was very prompt,very curtious, and after fitting the lift, calmed my wifes nerves and gave her all the information she needed to make her first assent. A very professional work man a credit to the company.

Having had years of personal experience with hoists, it was time for a new one. From the Sales Team member and communication with EMS Admin Team they were brilliant. They took my needs very seriously and the urgency and pulled out all the stops to install asap. All the team are very courteous, this is the best company we have ever dealt with. They kept me informed of installation date and time and the Engineer arrived when they said he would. Great respect for your home he was friendly and carried out the installation very efficiently and explained the workings of the ceiling hoist to us. I would recommend this company to anyone, well done EMS, fabulous company.

I love my house it’s a Victorian terrace. With stairs down the middle. I needed a downstairs toilet… couldn’t find a space to fit one indoors… thought about putting an outside toilet in the courtyard… but I love the outside space… The next idea was an extension, but it would cover the window and the back door... I love the Arlesey whites brickwork and it would make my dining room dark and cost a fortune… All this for an indoor toilet… Really didn’t want to move again, and where to? Then I had an inspiration! and rang Ian Mitchell from EMS who knows my house and felt a stair lift was possible. After a week of madness with EMS assessment, carpenters, carpet fitters and stair lift engineers and it’s all done. And my goodness it’s brilliant !! I hope you are all enjoying cake with your coffee this morning. Oh, joy I can go upstairs and down all day long. Thank you.

An absolutely first class service and installation. Daniel was our installer, he arrived on time he was friendly, courteous and extremely professional. He explained everything he was going to do but above all he treated my 88 year old Mother as if she was his. He was extremely patient when explaining the operation and workings of the stair lift. The install was neat, no mess and efficiently undertaken. The quality of service far exceeded expectations. Daniel is a credit to EMS and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him and EMS for any stairlift work. I should note that we changed our mind on what we wanted in terms of a stair lift and pure lift. Matt could not be more accommodating. Thank you. You have made my Mother's life so much better.

I would just like to recommend EMS Stairlifts, very quickly and effienciently installed a wheelchair ramp in my back garden. It has given me some independence back so i very happy. Thank you so much.

We had our stairlift fitted today for my 93 year old mother in law. She is absolutely delighted that she will now be able to get up and downstairs so much easier. Alex the fitter was very professional and polite. He left everything so tidy and clean. He also spent time explaining how the lift worked and spent time talking to mum. Would highly recommend this company.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. My elderly neighbour needed a stairlift and I contacted 3 different companies for quotes. EMS were local, extremely knowledgeable and had a showroom where my neighbour could try the stairlifts out. EMS were thorough in their survey and very competitive on price. My neighbour had to go into hospital and EMS arranged to fit the stairlift so it was ready for his return. The installers were polite, courteous and professional. They did an excellent job and cleared up before they left. The whole process from contacting the company to quotation to fitting was excellent.

I am a full-time wheelchair user and rely on my Wessex through floor lift - bought from, installed & maintained by EMS lifts - to carry me in my wheelchair from the living room up into my bedroom at night.. (Having this lift improves my quality of living enormously, as it would have been a retrograde step to turn one of the two downstairs rooms into my bedroom & exclude me from access to 50% of the house)! At 10pm yesterday, ready to make my way to bed, I discovered my lift control was unable to bring the lift down from upstairs! A quick call to EMS 24/7 Service resulted in the Engineer's prompt arrival, the fault located and expertly rectified. The Engineer worked well within Covid-19 safety guidelines, wearing a mask & cleaning the lift inside and wherever the repair had necessitated his touching. I was extremely grateful for his expertise and for the out of hours service provided by your company. Five stars have been gladly awarded for this excellent service. Very many thanks to EMS Lifts and their Engineer! You have my complete confidence every time and one couldn't ask for better than that!
