Our aim is to ensure all our customers are dealt with in a polite and efficient manner.
We do not charge a call a call out fee, in the exceptional circumstance when we are unable to resolve a problem there is no charge.
Where possible we will always give a price before we commence work.
We are happy to provide a discount for OAPs.

UPVC Lock replacement and interlocking mechanism service

UPVC door lock disintegrated and jammed the interlocking mechanism. David came around and replaced the central lock and re-aligned the interlocking mechanism, as it was never aligned correctly and caused the locking failure in the first place. The door lock and mechanism work even better than the original installation. I can't recommend Basingstoke Locks highly enough; they were very helpful and professional.
