Justin has done a few installations and maintenance jobs for me, including additional CCTV installation/replacement and alarm siren battery replacement. We recently moved into a new house and discovered the burglar alarm was not working. Justin came and offered various solutions including upgrading the system to make it smart (to be operated via keypad or smartphone) and to give us perimeter protection - the existing system used mainly PIRs, which only activate once the intruder has already entered the house. Justin gave a competitive quote and did an excellent job. There were unforeseen problems during the installation and he dealt with them in a competent manner. He worked on until the job was complete. A few days after the installation we asked for the system to be tweaked and Justin was able to do that remotely - and promptly. We were very happy with the professionalism and quality of service and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Following initial research to identify the types of intruder alarm available, I followed the Which? Trusted Trader route and contacted EntryTech. After an initial on-site consultation and receipt of a quote, the works were carried out with minimal fuss. A faulty contact device was replaced promptly and the system is now up and running.

We kept having issues with our original Asperta intercom system. Justin was the only local tradesperson to respond to our calls. He came the same day and got to work understanding the system we had already have the issues we faced with it. He made some adjustments which meant that we had an improved working system. He advised that the brand was notorious for having issues and will get back to us with a suggestions if an improved system. After he a couple of visits and him seeking advice he came up with a system which was affordable and was superior in function to what we already had. It took 2-3 visits to fully install it (the instruction manuals weren’t that helpful so Justin needed to contact the technical support teams). In the end we have a far superior systems and know that if we have any issues in future I can call Justin for his help. He responds to calls / SMS in timely manner and is extremely thorough and patient and spent time to make sure the system was working exactly as it should with a follow up call to make sure we were happy. If you want a friendly professional reliable person to help with security issues I’d recommend him highly.

I had an ongoing problem with my alarm system (which had been installed by others). Julian responded promptly, came to my house at the agreed time, and quickly solved the problem for me for a very fair price. He also resolved a subsequent unconnected problem remotely very quickly. Julian is a pleasure to deal with and I now have every confidence in my home security system in the knowledge that if any issues arise in the future I can rely on EntryTech to resolve them promptly.

Entrytech installed a wireless alarm system at our property. Justin responded quickly to our questions on the proposal amending it to make sure it met our requirements. Justin installed 3 security lights, and serviced my alarm. From beginning to end all his interactions were professional. He took the necessary covid-19 protections, wearing a mask, using gel on his hands, keeping his distance. He arrived on the agreed day, he did the job neatly and thoroughly. He discussed with me my requirements for the light settings and offered to tweak them if after checking them in the dark they needed adjustments. I received a follow up email the next day to check that I was happy with the settings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Justin.

Justin responded quickly to my request for a quote for a wireless burglar alarm. I accepted his quote and he gave me a fitting date. On the day he turned up on time and set about very efficiently installing the system. On completion he explained how the system worked and installed the controls on my ipad. The following day he phoned to make sure we were happy with everything. He answered a text message quickly when I had a small problem installing the control system on my phone (even though he had previously shown me how to do it). I would certainly recommend Entrytech Security to anyone wanting an alarm system.

I could not recommend Justin from Easytech security highly enough I had a problem this afternoon with my alarm. Justin installed 7 cameras 2 TB DVR at my house. He was just brilliant. He was honest, punctual, reliable and the work carried out was to my complete satisfaction. He left everything tidy. Got Justin to come in and fit an alarm system to our new home. He listened to what we wanted and helped tweak the design, fitting the alarm professionally and neatly. When the panel had a manufacturing fault, Justin came out the very next morning to replace the panel and ensure the alarm was up an running again. Great communication during and after the fitting.
