We had a 3,9 kWh Solar System installed. The process was very smooth and the person in charge of the installation was very helpful and always available for questions. Despite delays with SP Networks, Exceo kept on top of developments throughout and tried to get the work done as soon as possible. They were responsive even during Covid restriction times and accepted last minute changes to the original proposals. An excellent service with people who really know what they?re doing. Can't recommend them enough. We are very happy with our panels.

We had a fire at our house August 2019, caused by workman installing new window. As the roof needed replacing we thought it the right time to have Solar panels installled. This was done through the the building firm restoring the house; Westone. While we were still in alternative accomodation my husband died and eventually, after ten months I moved back to Bampton. As soon as I was back the Solar panels were connected and all explained, necessary, as we had Solar panels on our previous house, installed in 1984, but a completely different type. I have found Exeo Energy Ltd very approachable and they have readily answered my queeries and explained any worries I have had. The monitoring web site is of interest, quite addictive really. My only criticismis that I don't find the advise on Smart meter and the selling of power back to the grid very clear. But that could be me! I do think solar panels is one of the best ways to generate power and this is our third house with solar panels. I do feel more should be done to install them on new houses as part of the roof, we have been very p,eased with them over the years.

Check solar panels as not generate. Electrician from another company not connect correctly . Was very happy with the professionalism of the company very helpful wouldn't use any other company as trust them 100 percent.

We had a Solar PV system installed. This work was carried out during the world pandemic. Communication throughout the planning and installation process was excellent. Someone was always available or would return calls with answers to queries, despite the difficult times. A very professional and friendly company. A year on, we are very happy with the system. Would highly recommend.

They replaced my 5 year-old inverter with a SolarEdge inverter. I now get more energy from the panels as they are now wired in parallel. It can now be monitored from their office in Oxford to speed up and faults. The men who installed were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and explained things to me. If I ever need to contact them by phone I'm answered by a real person and not some machine. I would strongly recommend them to my friends.

We were delighted with their work. Turned up when they said, completed the task and left the place perfectly. The quality of work was such that our neighbours remarked that it was " practically invisible". A very good job.
