We are more than delighted with our finished extension. Bruce and his team were faultless - nothing was too much trouble throughout the build, the standard of workmanship was excellent and the result - some extremely happy customers! There were a number of glitches throughout the build - 9 inches of poured concrete roof to remove in the demolition of our old outbuilding, tackled this very professionally and then COVID 19 came along. Throughout we had a very professional team who were always good spirited, always pleasant to have around, they were tidy, courteous and willing to go that extra mile, to ensure we were always happy. Beyond doubt they are probably the best builders you’d find.

Bruce and the Fairway team were flawless from start to finish. From the initial review of drawings and drop ins prior to being on site they supported us end to end through our extension and remodelling (including complete rewiring and plumbing). On site early, always neat and tidy, in on Saturdays and Sundays where necessary, nothing was a problem and they accommodated all our changing requirements seamlessly. If you want a totally reliable and trustworthy team, always transparent and honest with cost, who deliver an incredibly high-quality finish whilst demonstrating care throughout then I couldn’t recommend Fairway higher.

Bruce and his team were amazing. We contracted with them to demolish and rebuild our house. We could not have asked for a better team to do such an important job for us. Their commitment to quality, attention to detail, friendliness and work ethic puts many other builders to shame. We cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone who is taking on such an important project. They did not just build the house, but also went the extra mile in so many ways.
