Our washing machine needed a new door seal which Rado ordered and fitted quickly and efficiently which was a pleasant change in these times of zero service. He communicated well as to price and how long it would take to order the new seal and when he could fit it. I was pleased that he also took the initiative and texted when he was 20 mins away from the scheduled appointment time. Not only is he professional, courteous and friendly but importantly very competitively priced. We would definitely use Rado again and would have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends.

Our tenants reported a problem with their washing machine. Rado attended the next day and advised an electric panel needed replacing but there were no guarantees that there would be other problems as the machine was at least 8 years old. He advised putting the money toward a new machine. We ordered a new machine from Appliances Direct who delivered the next day. Rado then came back later that day and fitted the new machine and removed the old one. We were pleased with his good advice as he could easily have replaced the panel and charged more for his work and maybe had another call back if there were further problems. Also our tenants were pleased with the quick response from Rado and Appliances Direct. We considered the charges he made for attending twice and installing the new machine to be very reasonable. We would therefore recommend the services of Fixpertize.

I can't praise Rado highly enough. Polite, professional and a quick and skilled worker. He checked out my washing machine which I thought might have a serious fault, he quickly demonstrated it was safe for use and charged a very modest fee, which also included a diagnoses of problems with the fan in our cooker hood. Having ordered the faulty part, he fixed in speedily on his second visit and again his costs were more than reasonable. Would heartily recommend him to friends, neighbours and family. In fact anyone who needs his services.
