Boiler serviced and oil tank inspected. Our first service having moved recently. Very personable and professional. Took the time to answer all our questions and explain how oil boilers work, the process for ordering oil and also the developing greener heating options. All in all an excellent service.

My Windhaegar boiler broke down. Flame boiler came out & put in 100 percent to get it working again. Due to this positive experience & being happy with their service I booked them for my annual service. I had to phone one Saturday as I was cleaning out my boiler. I accidentally put a part in wrongly & it got stuck. I phoned Flame Boilers & the support & help I got was first class. Good customer care is very important to me & not many places have a good customer care. I can honestly highly recommend Flame Boilers as a company to use & will be extremely surprised if they disappoint you. I know I will continue to use them. Reasonably priced too.
