We got a quote and booked in a visit with FlowAway all within a couple of days - much simpler and more efficient that I expected! They got here within the promised time, and immediately got to work. We really appreciated their commitment to sorting the blockage we had in our external drains - it looked like hard work and took longer than expected due to the years of accumulated debris. We'd definitely recommend them and would work with them in the future.

I have an inaccessible gutter to a second storey rear extension that was completely blocked with mud topped with moss that was trapped underneath gutter leaf guards. I had not noticed the build up before the recent heavy rainful resulted in water spilling over the gutter causing potential damp problems with the brickwork below and kitchen flooding). After drawing a blank with three other local gutter clearance specialists - two did not bother to reply to e-mails, which included photos of the problem gutter, and the third offered to visit at some point in late December to give a quote - I tried Which Trusted Traders and found Flowaway. I'm glad I did. A time was arranged for the next day. Apart from clearing the problem gutter Flowaway cleared all the other gutters too while they were here, all for the original price quoted. An excellent job. Professional, friendly plus cleared away all the mud/debris from the gutters. Left everything clean and tidy. Very pleased. Will definitely use Flowaway again.

I called the FlowAway Drainage Ltd on Tuesday night (09/11/2021) and 2 highly professional, polite and experienced gentlemen turned up, on the following morning, as they had promised and in 10 minutes the unblocked the drain. We just can not thanked them enough for rescuing us so quickly, for their expertise, politeness and very good price, too! Just the best Drain company ever, highly recommended, they are the best. I emailed late last night about a blocked drain, because they are a small local company, and they called first thing this morning. Two super friendly guys arrived at 10 as promised, wearing their masks, and cleared the blockage within 45 minutes. Couldn’t be happier with the service, team or price - highly recommended.

A really nice father and son company you can trust. I have had a long standing and really difficult blockage problem with my kitchen sink waste pipe. For several years, I have struggled to unblock it and keep it flowing by rodding it with a spring “snake” attached to my electric drill. This worked, but only ever for a short while and pouring acid down made little difference and may have made matters worse. I tried getting a plumber to help me but he used similar equipment to my own, cost me a lot of money and did a worse job than I could do myself. Andy (owner of FowAway) has the proper equipment, as you would expect from a specialist in drains. It took Andy a lot longer than he was expecting to get all the gunge out of my very blocked drain. Andy insisted on only charging me for 1.5 hours as he had quoted. I was expecting to have to pay more. I’m thrilled to have the drain flowing freely again like it used to for the first 20 years after the kitchen was installed. I’m not expecting to have to call him back any time soon. We had a blocked main drain below the kitchen outflow. Flowaway people arrived promptly and unblocked the drain quickly and efficiently.

I noticed our kitchen drain gully wasn’t emptying late on the Sunday afternoon. My husband and I tried the usual things, thinking the blockage was there. The water was looking rather black. We then thought it best to get it professionally checked out the following week and looked at Trusted Traders. Flowaway’s reviews stood out, and I emailed them, hoping they didn’t think we were too far away. Andy rang me back later that Sunday evening, and arranged for someone to come at 10.30 the next day. His son and mate, James, arrived sharp at 10.30. The office also emailed me on the Monday morning about it. They quickly asked to look at our manhole which was full to the brim. Equally quickly they worked out the next manhole at the end of terrace might be full - which it was - of wet wipes causing the blockage. Once they had emptied that, ours drained away. All done within the hour and the quoted hourly rate was charged. Fantastic service all round. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but praise for FlowAway. I contacted them after a previous company had unsuccessfully attempted to clear the interceptor in my manhole. They turned-up promptly, identified the problem and remedied it, all in about 10 minutes! They then gave everything a thorough jetting and cleaning and even charged me less than their original quote, as they were so quick. So glad I put my faith in a local family business rather than a large chain (and I should have called them in the first place). Many thanks indeed to FlowAway and have already recommended them to the neighbours!
