I contacted Matt from Fox Boiler Care based on his many positive reviews. I was really pleased with the work and customer service throughout. The work I requested was to replace an old boiler downstairs and install the new one upstairs. I had had other quotes from a few companies but Fox Boiler Care seemed the best price for the standard of work they offered. Matt and Dave worked quickly but with care and quality. It involved replacing pipework with a new layout. Everything was left neat and tidy at the end of each day. When the job was finished Matt took time to answer any questions and give instructions on how to use the new boiler. Both Matt and Dave were friendly and trustworthy and any questions and email communication via Meg also helped reinforce that this is a professional company that can be trusted. Will be sure to call them back for any further work needed.

As part of replacing an ageing Boiler, Matt & Dave undertook work at my request to also replace the existing Hot Water Cylinder and completely reorganise the plumbing in the cupboard to make future servicing much easier. The result was replacing a mess of pipework with a completely different layout that is very well organised and has freed up space in the cupboard. The attention to detail was impeccable and at all times great effort was taken to ensure everything was left neat and tidy at the end of each day. Then when the job was finished clear instructions were left on how to operate the new system.

Amazing work carried out from start to finish by Matt who is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He relocated and replaced my boiler, working late each night to ensure I was never left without heating/hot water. Matt is extremely tidy and left my house clean and warm! Matt and Dave fitted a new Combi boiler and radiators for us in place of an older gravity fed system. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They are both courteous and extremely tidy, using dust sheets and stair coverings. We also received a detailed quotation for the works and had very good communication from Megan. Having used Fox Boiler Care a couple of months ago to replace my CH boiler, I didn't hesitate to ask them to return to replace the hot water tank and radiators throughout the house. I had a few quotes from boiler companies and, although Fox was not the cheapest, the team made up for that. They made time to squeeze us in to their busy schedule and their service was first class from start to finish. I cannot praise them highly enough. Matt is very skilled and knowledgeable and explained what would need to be done before commencing the work and, at the end of the job, explained the mechanics and operations of the new boiler. There were 2 men working on the installation and they completed the task well within the time allotted. They wore covers over their shoes and kept the floors clean with sheets, then tidied everything away afterwards and it was as if no-one had been in the house, except that the heating was working and the house was fantastically warm. Megan kept us informed every step of the way of timings/availability/costs, etc., and even phoned me to let me know what time to expect the guys arriving on the day. If she missed a call, she always phoned back. I cannot fault the friendly and professional team and would definitely recommend Fox Boiler Care.
