I had this system installed in December 2017 and waited for my one year check to write a review. I cannot recommend them enough. I have the readings of 2017 so I am able to compare them with the new readings. In some rooms the dampness fell from more than 2/3. I received also a report advising me how to process with the decoration now that the walls are dry.

All the staff I had contact with over phone or in person were efficient and very friendly. When carrying out the work both inside and out the gentlemen worked efficiently and quickly, completed in less than a day and cleaned up professionally leaving everywhere spotless. I was very impressed can't wait now for 12 month check to see results.

Had extensive work done upper and lower levels as their surveyer suggested, deposit paid, work done efficiently by workers no complaints, account paid. NOW. Going forward, No change to damp situation they said give it more time, i have done, i asked them to come back after the twelve months, they said when in the area? that visit was part of the agreement, still waiting!. It will soon be 18 months since work paid £3500 and I think a holiday would have been better use for the money, oh i nearly forgot, phoned yesterday the person i needed to speak to not in! No surprise there then.
