Floyd was polite and friendly from the first meeting, he really listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to deliver our perfect bathroom! The job itself ran to time and budget and throughout he was careful to cause as little disruption as possible. The house was clean and tidy at the end of every day, any issues that cropped up along the way, Floyd found solutions for and just made everything as easy as possible. We were really impressed that he went the extra mile to make sure that the little details were perfect - which really do make a difference but that we wouldn't even have considered. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Frisby Building and would absolutely use them for anything we need in the future!

Very quick reply to my message saying I had no hot water and came next morning to do the job. When I found a small leak from the stopcock he again came next day to sort it. Having used Floyd before he is always polite and leaves the place clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs his experience.

Due to Covid had to wait for Frisby Building to be available. We are pleased we did as he gives a good very personal and professional service. Great at solving solutions along the way and delivers a top quality job. Would definitely recommend and will definitely call on him again in the future for any alterations or refits.

Floyd completed our fantastic new bathroom to very high standard. He was able to overcome problems as they occurred which took a lot of stress away from us. His attention to detail and efficiency were superb and I would highly recommend him.

Floyd refurbished our 20 year old kitchen. He went the extra mile throughout the project. Nothing fazes him and his craftsmanship could only be admired. He regularly tested for Covid and was careful always in our home. He was always open to suggestions as we went along even when it meant additional work for him. (No extra charge) He is a likeable chap and in my book that is important when you have someone in your home for a period of time. We are very grateful to him for doing a great job of work here and love our new kitchen. We would have no hesitation in using him again and would recommend him without reservation. He is so busy because his work is recognised and admired so you may have to wait. Trust me the wait will be worth it. Thanks Floyd.

This is not the first time we have used Floyds services and we have never been disappointed. The work is great and completed in a timely fashion. We are so happy with Floyds work and his unfailing good humour that we are proud to call him friend. No matter how big or small the job is Floyd treats it the same and keeps his high quality of customer service and work. We would like to thank Floyd for his gift of a company shirt to our Downs Syndrome son, Chris (our son) loves to watch people working and Floyd was always friendly and accommodating to him, even letting him help where he can. If you can find a better Tradesman then you have found the Holy Grail, so good luck with that!

We contacted Floyd last March to discuss a much needed refurbishment of our bathroom. Thanks to the corona virus the work had to be put back until December, but it was well worth the wait. Despite a number of problems due to our ageing plumbing system, Floyd did a fantastic job and showed great perseverance (and good humour) in tackling the gremlins and getting the job done. The end result is a fantastic new bathroom and we would have no hesitation in recommending Floyd or having him back to do anything else. 10/10. Thank you Floyd!

When we moved last year we arranged for Floyd and Frisby Building to do our kitchen and bathroom more to the point we trusted them as they had done our previous kitchen and bathroom. We had to stop because of COVID and 7 months later it was started, the work was done on time and nothing was too much trouble for Floyd he came up with some really good ideas and we are really pleased. I can not praise him more highly and would recommend him and his company anytime. If we need him to come back for any reason he just needs a ring.
