This is the second time we used Future Homes, the first to replace a rundown conservatory and roof,we were so pleased with the outcome we had no hesitation in having Craig and his team back to replace windows and doors, in the house. The quality of the workmanship and products is excellent, without a doubt the best customer service we have received. An honest, professional local company which is reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Have used Craig's company to do some work at the property some 6 years ago. (as have my son and daughter) Just recently had the rest of the double glazing completed at my property. Craig and his team recently fitted 2 new doors, 9 windows and a set of french windows at our home. Craig initially provided us with a detailed and competitive quotation, explaining clearly the product and the insurance back indemnity. During fitting, Craig and the team were reliable, turning up when they said they would and notifying us if there was going to be a delay. The windows and doors were fitted quickly and we have noticed a difference in noise and heat in our home since they were installed. Where there was a slight defect in one of the panes of glass, Craig was responsive to our concerns and quickly arranged a replacement pane of glass. Overall, we are very happy with the work completed
