We were very pleased with the cheerful and efficient work on our roof repair! Excellent attitude and unobtrusive approach to tackling repair.

I had the ridge tiles, hip tiles, re- bedded, bay roof, chimney base re-leaded. Fully re-guttered and soffitted. I also had a rear porch re-built. I was given a quote which is what was paid. The work was done to the projected time scale, and all the team were dedicated, friendly and informative, they all had an attention to detail and pride in there work, which showed in the finished result, which not only met my requirements but exceeded them. I would recommend Future roof to anyone requiring this kind of work.

This is the third time we have used Future Roof, previously at another address, and always had a first class service. Following the survey, a quote is given and if accepted an appointment to carry out the work is given. They always turn up on the appointed day. They arrived Monday and despite awful weather, replaced our garage roof and outhouse with a GRP roof over a two day period that has a 25yrs warranty. Staff were friendly and did a first class job once again. Highly recommended!

After trying 3 other roofers, we had a quote from Future Roofs which we accepted. The work was done really well and in three days with a nice team that were a pleasure to have around our house.

We contacted Future Roof after having had a bad experience with a previous contractor who had installed a defective GRP roof to our new orangery. Future Roof replied promptly to our initial enquiry and arranged an appointment to view the roof and advise on what remedial work would be required to install a new roof whilst minimising any disruption and damage to the orangery structure below. As the existing roof was not water tight, Matthew from Future Roof agreed to do the work at short notice, including working over a weekend, and despite having to work around some difficult weather conditions the work was completed on schedule. Our orangery is still not complete as the lantern needs to be fitted however, the new roof together with the temporary structure that Matthew erected to protect it in the short term, has already been tested by some difficult weather conditions. The GRP coating and lead work were both completed to a very high standard and the areas around the roof/orangery were left clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Matthew and Future Roof for their quality of work and professionalism.

This job was to replace a 12m2 flat terraced concrete roof with a fibreglass one. This included first removing the concrete layer, laying the boards & fibreglass, replacing the flashing, enlarging a wall outlet and repointing some coping stones. The job was completed over 3 days and I have nothing but positive feedback on the whole service I received. Points to highlight: 1. The initial visit and subsequent quote (by Jonnie) involved expert analysis, and a solution at a competitive price (as compared to 3 other companies). 2. Communication (from Jonnie) to confirm a date for the job (weather permitting) was good. 3. The team who did the job (led by Liam) were helpful and attentive to my questions and needs. 4. The team worked hard and did a good job with attention to detail - especially those small loose ends (eg. final pointing). Based on my experience I was impressed with Future Roofs York and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was reading the reviews for a number of roofing companies when i stumbled upon Future Roofs. I was extremely impressed by the very thoughtful Matt who replaced an elderly mans porch canopy - for free - after he was ripped off by another company. I contacted future roof and Matt contacted me. What a lovely guy he is. I accepted his reasonably priced quote which comes with a 25 year guarantee. He came a week later with a colleague to do the job. They replaced a felted flat roof with GRP fibreglass. Great lads, friendly, helpful and very professional. They did a fantastic job, tidying up as they went and removed all the rubbish. I highly recommend.

Our large 97-year-old pitched roof was replaced by Craig & Lee Brown and their team using replacement rosemary tiles to retain the original look of the house. It was fascinating to watch them as they are obviously real craftsmen with pride in their work and incredibly nice people too. The roof was replaced in sections and the team took care to ensure it was left watertight at the end of each day. They cleared up after themselves as they went along. The estimated timescale was pretty accurate too, allowing for a couple of weeks of foul weather. We were given good advice about the roof and chimmneys at the outset with no sales pressure. The quote and subsequent invoices were clear and arrived as expected with no unforeseen extras. We feel we paid a fair price for a fantastic job. Despite our initial anxieties about having such a large job done, it was virtually stress-free and the new roof looks stunning!

Bought a house in June where the flat roof balcony was holding water and bowing. Johnny at Future Roof came and assessed and put Neil from Future Roof on the task. Neil advised he would totally remove and "double" re-board the base then fibreglass and take off the lead flashings in favour of fibreglass flashings. He also had to take out a few inches of stone to the downpipe area and finished the job both professionally and cleanly. Neil advised that if I ever changed the patio door to call him as he could then get better access to below the door. I called him a few months later and advised this was happening on the 16th Dec. He arrived with the window installers at 8.30 am and sealed better what he wanted to. I asked how much and he said no charge. I cannot recommend Neil highly enough. Great guy who clearly knows his trade. The roof is absolutely great.

Work done on time on budget with a few design tweaks which they were happy to do ad-hoc, 1 large flat roof and a small flat roof plus new gutters soffits etc. The guys worked fast and smart and were very tidy, a great job well done *a very minor gutter drip on a join was fixed the day after I told them* A1 service would use again.

I have used Future Roofs before and like previous visits I am mightily impressed at their speed of response and professionalism. The small team of two young lads arrived, they were polite and professional. Importantly they respected my property and tidied up as they went along. Found Future Roofs through the internet. Johnny attended to examine the work and measure up. He was helpful with his suggestions and promptly provided a quote for the work. Mathew arrived on the allotted date and did an excellent job. He was a good worker explained what he was doing and sought my decision on a couple of points having explained the options and pros and cons. He was very tidy and careful with my property. completed the work to a high standard and took all the rubbish away I am very pleased with the end result. I would use Future Roof again, and fully recommend them.

My elderly neighbour had his roof canopy fixed by a company but unfortunately they made such an incompetent mess, that I took to our local Facebook group to warn people. A great number of locals angry and upset for my neighbour, some offering their services. However Futureroof looked like the most professional set-up, so we decided to go with him. He was such a nice bloke and did such a thorough job (I live opposite, so could see every step from my upstairs window!). The elderly guy and other neighbours were impressed with the work too. To top it all, Matty didn't accept a payment for the work, which I was such a fantastic gesture!! I can't thank him enough and will definitely be recommending his to family and friends because the grey resin and fibreglass skirting/side bits etc means it will last absolutely years, if not forever!! We had an unfortunate legacy from an extension built six years ago where our flat roof was not done very well - the GRP was cracking and delaminating from the substrate causing leaks. Future Roofs stepped up and replaced the whole thing at a very reasonable cost (even though we are in Manchester - further away than they normally work). It now looks the way I had imagined it should look - very well finished and guaranteed 25 years - amazing. Thank you guys.

I have been really impressed with all aspects of the work provided from Lee and the team. Prompt and professional response from Lee doing the survey, quote, planning the completion date. They kept me informed and were willing to discuss changes required on the job due to other building work. The team on site were polite, accommodating and cheerfully and got on with the Job. The finish and look of the roofs are great and make a real difference to the overall look of the house. I feel like it’s been a great investment for the future.

I used Future Roof about 4 years ago on a former extension. I was very happy with their work. This year I asked them to coordinate the roofing of 2 large extensions. One pitch roof and one flat roof. I gave my preferred dates. These dates where kept to the day. All employees where a delight to have around, always courteous and professional. Having Lee coordinate all parts of both roofs has made my inexperience of the building trade easier. Thank you.

Future Roof replaced a half bay roof for us as part of some guttering work we were getting repaired. They responded at short notice, and turned up and communicated when they said they would! The work itself was carried out quickly and efficiently and all debris mess was cleared up. Would definitely recommend.

Johnny and Lee run an excellent company with good humour and efficiency. Their advice was invaluable. The job was assessed, priced and scheduled realistically, and started on time. It was finished well within the timescale predicted, and within budget. Minor follow-up work was undertaken quickly, and successfully, without further cost. Housekeeping and cleaning both during and after the work was excellent. Futureroof completely recovered our flat roof arrangement, and removed a series of leaks that had given problems over many years. The roof comprised several flat areas, of different nature with different draining systems and different levels. These roofs were over a communal cafe area as well as an office, kitchen, admin rooms, and overnight accommodation. It also included a very large slightly domed aircraft hangar. The whole roof was recovered, with the various sections tied in to each other so that a seamless seal was created. A very successful conclusion to a difficult project. It has been a pleasure working with Futureroof and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the company to others.

We own a let terrace house in York. It is the type with a ground floor bathroom extension with a flat roof. Despite no obvious damage to the felt the roof had apparently been leaking for some time and caused the near collapse of the ceiling before we were informed of the problem. Lee managed to organise his guys to do an urgent job on it despite him heading off on holiday and also organised the fitting of an extractor fan and a new plasterboard internal ceiling. The tenants were very happy with the work and so were we. We will defiantly use him again and already have a property in mind. Future Roofs do a PROPER job unlike some roofers.

New garage roof. Workmanship excellent. Good value. Workers who turn up bang on time and were polite and friendly really made a difference. I would highly recommend.

Future Roof installed a warm roof system to replace my lean-to conservatory roof. They also installed two A Rated skylights which look great. Unless you know a plasterer, I would take the recommended plasterer as it's great value for money. After the installation I was left with a leak do to a disturbance of a fascia on the dorma, Future Roof was happy to sort this leak out and install a new piece of guttering free of charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
