My boiler broke down on a cold morning around 10 Feb and after nearly 2 weeks of being messed about by my home plan cover and 4 (different) heating engineers visiting my property on 4 separate days telling me they "couldn't fix it" or "I wasn't covered for that" I was beginning to lose patience and decided to cut my losses (my fingers and toes by this point) and start asking someone else just to fix it. After coming across Gas Safety Guy Ltd, they came out that same morning (within around an hour of the initial phone call) to have a look and told me there were many things wrong with how my boiler had been installed. Despite this, Paul maintained a positive outlook and began thinking immediately with his colleague Malcolm about how the bad installation could be rectified. Within a matter of minutes, the dream team had a solution for us and the next day we received a quote for a new boiler installation and they offered to come out to fit it the next day I was available. This work was not just a simple boiler install and involved upgrading a gas pipe through my house. The solution they came up with was very innovative and had minimal damage to fixtures in my property. Nothing was too much trouble, very friendly people. Very happy with the boiler and the registration and servicing reminders are all handled for us through them. Would recommend to anyone.
