We would like to praise the efficient response made to our problem. The engineer came to us late on Friday afternoon in response to our problem which was sorted straight away. He came as all the slots for Saturday and Sunday were filled and he didn't want us without heating and hot water. We were so grateful, he went above and beyond, thank you.

We needed to upgrade from an old solid fuel (coal/wood) central heating system to gas. I was most impressed when the engineer called and gave me an immediate quote (via email), others I'd had have to wait a week for. As for the installation teams only one word I can use outstanding! The guys were all pleasant, efficient and professional. They left no mess and did not inconvenience us at all, superb. I would 100% recommend Gastek

I used this company and Phil came out to inspect my boiler issue. I was quoted a price on the phone and after arriving Phil suggested a couple of new stop taps which I agreed to supply and fit. I have my heating back up and running. Thank you.
