Garage managed to book me in with just a few days notice which was ideal. MOT & Full Service completed. New tyre supplied and fitted, which for its model was cheaper than I could find elsewhere. You get what you pay for.... its a fair price for a job done right. Only thing that stopped me from giving a faultless review, would be I was not told about a headlight bulb adjustment (told was loose), until presented with the invoice. I would expect this to be included within a full service but again since such a good job was done overall its fair. Would use again

Gearbox oil change
Really disappointed with my gearbox oil change that I had there couple of months ago, after they changed the oil the gearbox started leaking oil. I never had that problem before. I had go back to them just 1 month after the oil change and they told me I need to pay another £450 to fix the leak and put new oil in again. I've got another mechanic to check what is going on with the leak and he said they didn't change the gearbox oil filter and they overfilled the gearbox, that is why it is leaking. So now I need to spend more money from my pocket to fix what they did wrong to my car.

Hello, I am so sorry you are unhappy with the oil change, without knowing your name or vehicle I am unable to comment specifically on your comments. How ever, I can confirm that it is impossible to overfill a gearbox with oil and that filter changes are dependent on the vehicle and type of oil change you have. Most importantly, if you are not happy with any work we have completed we would like to see the vehicle and put it right, we do not quote our customers for a job that we have already completed and they are unhappy with. Received the most outstanding service from them. They knew I had travelled a long way and would struggle to get home if car was not fixed same day, so they went above and beyond to make sure it was. Friendly staff. 10/10, would recommend to everyone.

They rebuilt my gear box a few years ago which prompted me to go back to have the gear oil changed and the service. They couldn't have been more helpful. They're so conscientious and you know you're getting good work done - I highly recommend them
