Glowb provided an extremely professional and responsive service throughout. They provide technical staff (rather than salespeople) to advise on options and designed a system with me rather than trying to persuade me to take the system that was the easiest for them. When it came to putting the system in they were fast, friendly and efficient. The panels, battery and controls have worked perfectly since the day they were installed. I would highly recommend Glowb to anybody looking at a solar panel and battery installation.

We commissioned a 16 Perlite solar panel array with a Solis inverter and a 15kW HomeGrid battery. The help and advice we received from the firm was fair and impartial and helped give us confidence that we were doing the right thing. During the installation, the fitters were very professional and courteous and were very supportive of the ethos of the company. They were very clean workers, taking away all packaging, taking care not to damage any of the property. The scaffolders took great care not to damage our orangery roofs and were amazingly quick in removing it after completion of the work. There was a slight issue in getting all the equipment to speak the same language, so to speak, but this was dealt with promptly and efficiently by Aamar and Martin. We now have a wonderfully solar installation and are generating much more electricity than we could have hoped for. The battery system is doing a great job in storing excess power and the. Allowing us to utilise that during the non sunshine hours. It's only been in for a few weeks but we are delighted with our choice and wou,d recommend GlowB to anybody looking for impartial advice, professionalism in providing potential options, Cardin installation and excellent after sales service.

Survey and installation of solar panels, inverter unit and battery for a 3 bedroom property. As the roofs are on East/West alignment, the surveyor from Glowb discussed all the options available to us and advised which would provide the best return. The installation process was seamless. We were kept informed at every step and then give full instruction and information regarding the inverter and battery as the system was commissioned. The installation crew were efficient and tidy, clearing away all evidence of their work when the job was finished. Materials, and personnel arrived on day and at the time promised by Glowb. Glowb have kept in touch with me post installation and were available to sort out a slight teething problem within a very short time of my call to them. I have a lot of confidence in this company.
