We got this company in as our boiler was leaking. The engineer replaced the pressure valve, which did stop the leak. However we then found we couldn't top up the pressure after bleeding the radiators and so rang them again. We were told someone would come and have a look. No one turned up at the arranged time, so we rang agin. This time the engineer said that it did work and left really quickly. But it still doesn't work. Now our hot water is not working properly and instead of offering to come and investigate the problem they have been rude and unhelpful.

After returning to the property free of charge to demonstrate the filling key operation and providing advice at length over the phone to reassure the customer, we were never made aware of any grievance and so were not given the opportunity to placate them. This grievance first came to our attention once the review was posted online by the customers’ partner, with whom we have had no previous communication. From correspondence exchanged since the review, it would appear that this is a malicious attempt to get us to return to the property and resolve other issues with the boiler that we had no knowledge of prior. Positive and negative feedback is welcomed but in our opinion, we do not believe these platforms were designed to be used for the purpose of bullying small independent businesses. We find the customers’ behaviour outrageous and in fact, have found it to have had the opposite effect. We are also very disappointed that Which, who we provided a detailed report to on the circumstances of this complaint, have decided to publish the review and not allowed us adequate space to publish our detailed response in full. As a result, we have cancelled our subscription with Which.

I use Glowzone for my tenanted properties. they send reminders when safety certificates are due. Provided me with a very competitive quote for my replacement boiler and the servicemen who did the replacement were reliable and curtious and did a good job. It did take ages to get a quote though and I almost gave up on them.
